Have you made the decision that Peter Ntephe is the best possible person to run this company? Is he the best we can get for the money we are paying him? If the answer to either of those questions is no, then why settle for less than the best? I think my "whining" is simply refusing to settle for something less than the best. I think that is a rational position and continuing to discuss the inadequacies all of us has seen is certainly something that should continue on this message board. What else is there to discuss that is more important?
