An awareness push is one aspect, however I believe, based upon their press release in Dec., that they will update us with more good news in the first quarter.

We know their sub. in Bahrain started to produce regular sales, they sought (perhaps unsuccessfully) to acquire very large office space to support sales for all divisions.

This all indicates to me that the staff are enthusiastic and confident of moving viper forward.

To a certain extent yes. But the Pr's aren't going to attract people to the stock on their own. A group of investor relation professionals would certainly create more volume and liquidity to VPER.
Like I said the press is great but you need to get people to see it.
Lots of tickers out there and most I-Hubbers are scanning the 10 most active section for liquidity.
