Drifty...if you had ANY business experience of your own, you would realize that most business, though earnestly attempted, does not materialize for one reason or another. Naturally in very large deals their are many players involved with many variables governing success of said deal as well. more often than not, due to reasons beyond your control, business deals do not materialize in the way you sign for and expect.

However, given the above as the probable answer to your "tooth ache commentary", I can only applaude RAMO for their tenacity in finding a deal for the shareholders of RAMO which will create shareholder value. If I saw a huge reverse split in any of these reports, this would concern me but since this is not the case, I'm figuring that they are working diligently on our behalf as shareholders to create future shareholder value.

Lest we forget, MANY shareholders in RAMO made alot of money in this stock in 2011....one of them was YOU!!
