Value Investor..what you call sell is surrender. Insiders regularly surrender shares after exercise to cover taxes or pay for the cost of some of the shares. Trying hard to find the sells you refer to.
****I could have gotten more too but will have cleared funds tommorrow. Will load more in the AM. When you read the S&P Press Release, you will see that the situation is not as dire or even dire as being touted by WSJ. Company should have enough cash to last it till the middle of 2012. GO read the report.
