Kap.pants. the volume that has been under average the past week or so. holders not wanting to give their shares up for cheap and at a loss..also dilution has been a played a big part of the high average volume number the last couple of months.(haven't seen any dilution lately) Their are many exciting things in the works with Indiana/Ohio/& Italy (I would do you own dd on this).
