We are also fighting the blogsphere people who are banging the buy american drum even though HBC is partly owned by a Canadian company, have moved several of their plants to Mexico and partnered with Canadian companies to build the plane. And, despite the USAF repeating that this contract was for a non-development plane, people can't quite seem to understand why the AirForce didn't choose a plane in development.

GAO has already Cleared the issue and the fact still remains that Super Tucano is Combat proven and the competition was a test platform without proven capabilities. Foolish and costing the Taxpayers dollars to defend a commonsense choice based on facts and data. Frivolous Lawsuit at best. JMHO
