Hi Rob,

ATHX is the leader in ReGMed using Adult Stem Cells.

the CEO/Gil is the MOST respected CEO/researcher in the industry.

Its off the shelf multistem platform is worth "Trillions" not "Billions".

With the new equity investor ATHX will be looking at a a 50% institutional ownership with a PALTRY 23million outstanding share.

IMO ATHX will never "stay together" Pfiezer will buy this company for 20billion...Hopefully not, as you said $300.00 is a reality and not just wishful thinking.

I called ATHX a buy on 11/23/2011.
