Good advise. Lawyers do suck up money. I have a lot of contacts and there will be a few favors called in on this one, but will not cost a penny. This one went cold turkey in October. Initially I wanted reassurance from apex, at this point I just want some official(or even from there great web page) acknowledgment of where we at. They have made changes to there web page during this period with the addition of a stock quote URL. Uhm wtf.

Sorry just ranting but am truly f*¥¥*# off.

Apex can give a promisary note, offering them shares at a certain price for once we are back trading again they can issue these.

Apex could do this but it does not appear they know how to do it in accordance with the rules governed by the SEC.
I know this for a fact.

If the shares were properly offered I would have bought many more last month.

Time is up Investwell, as I'm sure the March news you speak of will not come. Rather then wait for March and seeing nothing of value, as I've done for the last year, I'll proceed with finding answers. Tell the boys at Apex that Fishin is coming, and he's pissed off. This includes the troops on the west coast.
