I have the committee charters, bylaws and articles if anyone would like to read them. Both committees consisted of Kyle, Dave and Ed until Kyle was appointed as CFO and lost her independent director status earlier this year. The committees currently consist of ed and dave. There is a lot of debate going back and forth about these committees. I would expect the judge to rule on them as well or at least their authority to have fired Kyle and Cristian as officers.
