Mr. Brennan will get a lot of backing tomorrow if he gives a company update. That is not too much to ask as a long time investor.

When you're dealing with other companies on possible deals there are usually non disclosure agreements that prevent either party from releasing pertinant information before a deal is closed. And though one side might eat to be transparent as to what is going on leaking info could easily kill a deal. We need to be patient and let Brennan get things done.
