Do you know John personally? If not how do you come to the conclusion that he is a controlling person or extremely erratic?

I think that's become pretty clear over the last few years. Erratic? He issued 19 press releases in a single day, a number of which claimed "partnerships" and the like that never happened. He hires people and then fires them.

And we know he wants to retain absolute control of the company. Just him.
