Guys who cares about the court case. If eegc did win, they wouldn't get the money to fund drilling in tas in time for the may 12 deadline and would be shut out as they are on their last chance.
Share price is based on credibility. The market will not recognize the stock above a penny if it does not deliver. Last Chance! JMO

People: The banter back and forth is a waste. It will not decide the outcome of the case. Might I add that the laws of the United States are different from those of Australia and a breach of contract has only one recourse if not by mutual consent and that is through court action. The basis is that Smart Winn failed to provide the final payment and therefore breached the contract. Score one for EEGC...Case closed!
