If you look at their last quarter, they have net loss of 4K. Most of the expenses (G&A) was offseted by their 100K revenue. One would expect to have similar result for Q2 or better. Another possibility , if they can achieve net income, they might not need to issue S8. Why? They can grow organic from what they have. JMO!
