I believe another S8(Small one) will come but not as much as 15M share issued last year. Off course, any S8 that issued from any otc companies will be use for salaries, and ibcs is no different. Why are you so surprise? This is to be expected from OTC.
This company is far from cash flow positive. If they sign the 13 radio stations on board, maybe it will happen in the 3rd or 4th quarter. I don't see its happen in the 2nd quarter.
