Very interesting. I, an investor, go directly and privately to the company with questions based on facts that I have read in their SEC filings. I receive no response. After receiving no response, I post these same questions in a public forum and the response is a flood of what looks like paid pumpers driving my questions to the bottom of the board. I'm sitting here with several hundred thousand shares that I can't seem to sell, but I'm willing to be patient and wait if they are open and honest with us.
I'm very willing to be a cheerleader for this company. I WANT to be but this is not the way to get me to do it. This is a perfect way to show me that my faith in this company was ill-founded and it is absolutely the scam these so-called bashers have made it out to be.
Some people seem to have a personal agenda against previous or current management. I do not. I have questions regarding the business practices of a company that has used my money to fund its efforts. Those questions have not been addressed and I find that unprofessional.
Boosjim, I really appreciate you trying to look at the bright side of what they are attempting to do here and explain it to me in a way that spins positive, but it really didn't help. I really want to see the positive in this company but even with your explanation, it still sounds like a scam and words like "it is common" ring out like uncommitted promises designed to mollify without being concrete. I have a much easier time believing that a man who walked away with well over a million dollars last year while we all lost money and paid for Christmas cards starring his children does not have my best interests at heart.
Oh, and for the record, because I've seen it misquoted repeatedly here, Mr. Rosenberg did not create MIB (Lowell Cunningham did) nor did he produce it. He was an investor in the company that published it and nothing more. No one from the company correcting misconceptions like this that are repeatedly noted here are a big red flag for me. If someone credited me, as an investor of THIS company as creating and producing Cowboys & Aliens, I would be the first one to step forward and correct and Mr. Rosenberg would be the second. That that has not happened hear speaks volumes to his character.
