The way to improve the share structure is to buy back shares. They have alluded to buying back shares on several occasions over the last 6 months so it is time for them to act on it. And it is time for shareholders to hold them accountable as opposed to giving them an out with a reverse split. A reverse split would be used to trash existing shareholders even more as they would dilute after the reverse split. This management team has plenty of money and access to capital so buying back shares would be the correct way to go.
