My mistake Clay! Don't know why I thought the authorized shares were "only" 2 billion instead of what they really are - 20 billion! Maybe because my mind cannot fathom that many shares..... Wow when that hits, after a reverse split, talk about dilution! And we all know it will still some way be rigged so that Phil or one of his cronies will end up with 51% of the voting shares! Let the printing presses roll....
