Clearly states that the new bldg was expected to be done at the end of Dec. how does that effect things, if it does at all. We don't know if they fit three processors in the original building. Maybe 2 are in one humming away.m we don't KNOW. We,do know that a few companies are ready to start receiving fuel. And one way or another JB is gonna deliver.
So does the fabrication unit have to be in it's new home for the construction and operation of 2 and 3 to be completed and commence? In other words does the completion of the second building preclude the construction and operation of 2 and 3?
