I dont argue that or defend it. As I've stated, if you look at how the complete valuation is completed, the numbers from the company are just one of many different types of data that would be used. They were compared to other films of the same age and genre for example, type of distribution and breadth of distribution. If the valuation is completed properly, and we have no reason to believe it wasn't. If you took the films in their library over the life of their worthiness, he is estimating that they would be worth 23 million. Not today, not tomorrow, but if someone was gonna pay for the whole enchilada today, he's is saying they could be worth xxxx....remember it's not a science, the valuator is trying to compare apples to apples, but they still may be a different kind of apple, different size and age, this is a valuation, which will change everyday for the rest of this company's life, add a film, goes up, a film goes out of distribution, goes down, WalMart picks up 20 new titles, goes up, lose 4 retail centers, goes down...I'm afraid you are trying to tie out financials to a library valuation, it's just one part of this company's value, take a look at the whole picture, thanks!
