Not sure if a Company can "appeal". IMO - either EK complies with the NYSE rule, or they find themself off the NYSE.

Multiple ways to increase pps, some good for shareholders, and some not so good. Should be some interesting times ahead for EK. GLTY.

Value Investor...you don't appeal a notice. You appeal a determination. It is only a notice that is likely to cure within the allowable time (if not this week)
