PRESUMING that the firings are not legitimate, because you don't want them to be legitimate ? That would be called "fraud"... if you choose to pretend it just didn't happen, when it did... and what does that make it if you pretend that it just doesn't matter, and proceed as if it doesn't ?

The firings are legitimate, in part, because they've not even bothered to have contested them...

So, until a judge rules otherwise... they were fired.
