Hank, Here is a message on 6-3-05 where I am at 50% cash. Obviously I started buying stocks in mid May to get VPHM, ERS, and Fc at the prices that I got. I think that I posted when those buys were made on the VMC board.

Husky, I was 90% cash 3 weeks ago and now am only 50% cash. The jobs report this morning is raining on my parade and the market. In that 3 week period, VPHM is up 80%, FC up 42.5%, ERS up 51.8%, and XWG (WIRX) up over 30%. Of course PPHM the dog that it is, is down a few cents. I was thinking that this rally should last until at least July 4th. I'm not sure if the rally is for real or if this is just a technical bounce in a secular bear market. Only time will tell.
P.S.
I would love to have some small bank stocks, but I just refese to buy stocks that don't trade close to 100K shares per day.
