Yes, I noticed that, after I posted. You may be right. I'm skeptical, however...that they could work multiple small miner's permits without a POA and EIS. Maybe I an get Dunphy to chime in. Regardless of what some might think of him, he is the real deal... and in charge of mining op's for a huge conglomerate.

Frankly, with the track record this company has, I don't see how anyone can believe anything they say. They either say stuff that doesn't come to pass, or makes no sense. Like the chance of there being an average grade of .324 opt gold in any size of placer deposit anywhere. Remote. Of course, the company did admit that there is no proof that assay was accurate, or would be representative of what might be found throughout their claims.

And the reality is that there is only a remote chance that they will ever find or produce any gold. They are no different than the majority of OTC mining companies.
