If this is good news and true then I have to say Larrucea doesn't give a crap about the shareholders.

Larrucea delibrately let the pps tank more than 90 % when he knew of this news and why ?

Are you speculating or is it a fact that Larrucea has deliberately let the PPS tank? Might be your opinion but short of a quote from the CEO I don't think there is any way you can know that. If you have something to prove this please provide to the board. This would be useful information to have.

Otherwise it seems we have more SPECULATION when we only want to deal with FACTS.

Latrod, thanks for the DD. It's getting harder and harder to be pessimistic but I'm sure we will have some make sure any positivity towards DTRO doesn't get out of control.

I'm frustrated with the company, just like everyone else. However, there are reasons to be at least modestly optimistic that some sort of positive step may come. At this point I can't be greedy. Just take one postive step DTRO and let's go from there!
