SHKZ .0026 They took over the shell in 2011. They started the Solar I believe in the fall of 2011 if i remember correctly. They already acquired 3 huge companies worth millions. The 4th major acquisition is coming soon from what we heard from IR. This is going to be HUGE imo no doubt.

I'm not sure but this may have been one of there transition products from shoes to solar panels.
