the other 81 million are part of the 230 million or so shares that are authorized but not yet issued...they are not outstanding until sold....


we have to wait for their earnings release to see how many shares that were registered in the SB-2 in June have been sold.

if fully sold then shares O/S would be in the 120mill range

mypointz, did you buy any FCCN, I bought in yesterday and again today. Also, bought some SWTS, took some off the top here yesterday morning, still own a big chunk and will keep it long.
