Tony Baloney could of easily rode this out, and took a walk prior to the ENTI up-list intent that led to the PTEL fiasco.

Through greed and ignorance Tony felt the need to milk the P+D with associate companies, forward splits, and BS pod casts.

It could very well be a whole new ball game of scrutiny.
