That was foolish. I put $7200 in it, I'm not ruined but ouch that stings! Buying back Ps now.

I'm shocked she ruled it was equity. I think she is sending a clear message that the GSA will not be destroyed and that she intends to pass the POR. Shame on this judge.

My concern with this ruling now is that she ups the common percentage from 30% so as not to dilute them to oblivion, screwing preferreds even more.
