Love your red herrings, drifter. There's nothing to this old news. A cease and desist order has nothing to do with how well their company did and the order itself is minor, at worst. Do some real DD and let us know how profitable their business was.

Key Finanical and Terlyn Industries are in the same warehouse at the same address. The problem was the company forgot what location the warehouse was at. Now they can't find their company, maybe it is located at 1105 Lakewood CO. If they do locate their business maybe they can start selling their products again
