they had diffrent subsidiaries with diffrent projects one was for book distribution /e-commerce another was developing a trade system for car parts. however the book investment in xinhua c/d is sold in late 2010. the car parts was probably still developing till this year over pac poly and beijing joannes. there was another page called wapts.net i found this page on inthernet last year but there was no news officially about this page that they working on this page.but this page is since sept 2011 inactive or locked. if they still working with them togheter or working on the system we will never know or some miracles musst come. in my opinion.
