I doubt that there will be financials, Mezz. They would require massive restatement of prior years when bogus assets and "earnings" were claimed based on spit swapping between related shells, and bogus trade credit values.

And of course, there is the issue of the IRS liabilities that simply went poof.

Be exposed as a fraud, or stay on the pinks until revocation. Which door will the Cohn take.

Or will the SEC file fraud charges based on past filings.
