Where is the signed "legal" contract or agreement between you and Calvin for the 2.5 m Preferred Shares. What does it really say?? Where are these alleged "legal" or "illegal" documents?? You were never really entitled to the 500M commons, even though you fausly stated that you already owned them - correct? 3 months wouldn't qualify you in anyway to your agreement for the 500m, in fact by abandoning your post would put you in breach - forfeiting the agreement. Correct?
