This is reality -- "the prospectus didn't mention a single word about media credits in it."

The private placement prospectus was many many pages long detailing JBII's businesses and business plans for reasons to secure the private placement(s) and never once mentioned the media credits.

Giving links to items that weren't part of the private placement prospectus is irrelevant.
