really this is a great biz for thieves to be in.
1) there is loads of cash to swindle out of people
2) there is very little recourse for those people

im starting a public company.. ill buy an old shell change the ticker make ridiculous claims about what my company is doing. release baseless prs. sell stock too suckers. give myself a mega salary (90%) of the stock i sell. then just disappear.
apparently i can do this and its legal and kosher. my way to make 10 million in a few years with an investment of 25k for the shell a few g's for my fraudulent pr's and my mobbed up legal team retainer..lol
