Might be difficult to integrate but what if drivers were required to have the App as a prerequisite to employment w/ employer as admin. Just need a way to disconnect when not on company time and in co.vehicle.

Texting-driving victims should sue phone carrier

Even with changes in the law, drivers are still talking and texting on cell phones while driving.

The fines aren't enough to stop drivers from being distracted by their cell phones while driving. This impairs driving ability and causes many accidents.

Anyone injured by a distracted driver should bring legal action against the cell phone carriers. Maybe then they would find a way to stop drivers from using their cell phones while driving.

Until they are hit in their pocketbook, all those cell phone carriers will continue to allow phones to be used while driving.

The technology is out there for the cell phone manufacturers to install on their phones. The reason they don't want to do it is most likely to have people use more of their minutes which causes higher cell phone bills.

Wearing a seat belt in a car is now mandatory. Why can't we stop the use of cell phones? Doesn't the government have the guts to stand up to the cell phone carriers?
