The smart move would have been to get on the EC from the start, and hang on for dear life. The click ran quite a few people off the EC, but they would have hit a stone wall with me.
BTW,70-30% ? No way would I have let that fly. I would have rather gone to a jury trial, and put FDIC, and JPM under the hammer, and away from their protectors than take that stinking deal.
