I do not think we will see that much dilution on this run. I am as sure as I can be that Gary did not want another frog Company. We have a short wait to find out.

I wonder whether it is an intentional holdoff, prior to the "sit down and sign" relationship, of the 50 mil financing. When is that date, compared to when he must file, due to the extension? Is one allowed to play such a game? Or, can you show the financier(s) some sort of preliminary figures at that time, before releasing the report to the public?.......Is what I'm suggesting, an "illegal" practice?.......There's probably one word that describes what I'm suggesting, I just can't think of it........
