1) Regarding #7, the penalty was $790K and the total amount owed is/was $6.6 million,
2) Regarding #10, The Q says the company will need to seek additional financing to provide the cash needed to continue running the business because of the working capital deficit, tax problem, etc. etc. Bonar needs to come forward and explain how he plans on keeping the company solvent. GLTA
