My guess is that anyone who doesn't believe that NIR is involved in the fraud hasn't seen the evidence already provided. NIR, via Ribotsky, through the New Millinnium connection was involved in the fraud all the way through. Some people will deny this connection because it suits their own purposes, and even say that the notes are valid. They are entitled to their opinions just as well, and just as well, those opinions are nothing but that, opinions. Fraud is a high level crime and because of that, in law, it overrides any contractual agreements that were derived out of the fraud. And anyone who has had even a cursory education in Business Law, or the Uniform Commercial Code, or laymens law would know that HLNT will prevail and the 6 million of notes will be removed from HLNT without HLNT having to pay any part of them.
