Mario:

Does that mean that Peter would listen to posters here and give as muchattention to them as he does to you.

I wonder how many of those share were paid for in cash?

I remember the Phantom another "pusher" was given 1m shares, as a IR rep are you entitled to options.

I like the way you protect the company and are really
hyping this stock. As a holder myself, I hope it works, so far it's been a disaster. How close to the 20m are we?

12M, 13M...........Approaching 20 leaves a lot to be desired.

Can you explain the hint that scmi has no technical dept.

Thanks in advance.

I am an Investor communications consultant, I am the acting IR rep for both companies, my friends and family have been buying scmi for over 5 years and at much higher prices, I am inclined to be loyal to them and since the bulk of the costs of developing this enterprise was on scmi, as so I am to assume, I want the best for them and I remind anyone that will listen. I own nearly 400k mmxt. I am not an employee and do not get the luxury of any pre-info, I do however get much discussion of post-info, so I am well informed and state my beliefs publically and sometimes quite loudly.

mariomax,
It would certainly be a positive step and would generate some much needed credebility when the 1 for 1 exchange comes off as the 1 for 1 or better. My belief is it will be the ! for 1 minimum !

did he not also say that we would get the dividend? where was the value in issuing 90 million more scmi shares, when mmxt has more value in share price, is reporting, and would have to issue the same 90 million shares in 3 or so months?

I've unfortunately been a long time shareholder, who up until now never felt the need to post here. I've read many of the posts here, and find that most here have finally had just about enough of this. I, like them, remain considerably down in this stock, and like others here, am embarrassed that I recommended this stock to many friends. I to based these recomendations on all the false, mis-leading information received from the company. I'm stuck in this investment, in a big way. There have been many excellent posts here asking for very simple answers. We shareholders have financially supported this company for way to long, and have NOTHING to show for it. Lost dividends, dilution, and not even being sure if we SCMI holders, remain in the right stock. How could this happen? I never took "we ain't seen nothing yet" to mean how badly we longs would get punished here. Mario, you've been asked to answer questions regarding company performance, that remain unanswered, yet you find the time to engage posters with brutally poor taste sarcasm. If you truely are a representative of this company, god help us all!
