Happy New Year James, it's tough watching a stock fall 100's of percentage points (no fun at all) and the 'bad guy's' leaving the scene with their pockets full within a few short months. While the small guys are stuck holding the paper for as you say perhaps years.
Business does count in years but perhaps if you do have some further information about these bad guys that did bad business but made off with many $100K's in several short months might be good to share with investors/lawyers if so be the case maybe they might return some of their winnings and spend some well needed and earned time in jail. All Of course if any wrong was done. I now know that at 850,000,000 shares at .0006/7 gives us a current market cap of $500,000- maybe that is what the market is valuing this at. Maybe revisit the 850,000,000 and cap it???? That being said do hope you can pull it off & steer us clear from these bad guys and get us in the company of good guys that want to see investors make money rather then clean their pockets dry.
Makes you think something bad must have happened for a stock to plunge from .15 to .0006 100's of percentage points - it all made more sense based on the most recent filing - revenues vs. Newly weighted number of common shares - that might be one of your biggest problems right there!!!!
