I think that was known by certain investors who were super positive about the company no less than a week ago? Not sure for the reason of the change of heart instantly by "some" investors, but I can think of a few reasons

Current OS = 477M, OS from March 2011 = 473M

Therefore, the only dilution was 4M shares or less than
1% of the current OS.

I read the latest financials and the company paid down
a significant amount of debt as of Q3 and even more in Q4.

I believe the company is going to have a huge Q4 and FY2011 and the profit and loss will be strong, as well as the balance sheet will show even less debt because of increased float that Paul Graham helped in reducing the debt.

Have faith Mikey. It's only going to get better from here!
