In the meantime,people who want to buy more shares and sell when there is a bid need to deal with a different broker like Scottrade for example. I can buy all I want for $8.00 a trade.

I completely agree with you. Right now I could care less about the aquisition. DTCC is the main problem now. It will cost me the equivilent of 2,000,000 - 7,000,000 shares at todays PPS ($200-$700) to even trade this.

So basically for me to sell, i'm going to have to dump my 13 million shares at once because if I break it up, it will cost me that amount for each transaction. Can you imagine mine and many other longs trying to dump at once. It will kill and pressure we get. Please note that my trading type, I don't ever dump that much...always try to sell on the ASK... But any movement here and people will be trying to get out.

...and I know there are longs here with plenty more then me with the same DTCC issue.
