In another investment I had, the board members banded together and fought back.
At that time MAXM was on the ASK in the same way. After a few days of complaints, MAXM backed off permanently and has since never sold another share for that security. We had one super run after that.
We can either sit back and do nothing and hope that someone comes to our rescue, (which which will likely happen in any event next month with a few good PR's put out the the company) or we can stand up and take action now and get this run started. If FINRA sees a violation they will take action regardless of the market of the security.
