Hes done sampling, testing, lab assays build the road for the last 5 years.Or would you rather him do toxic dilution and have an O/S of around 15 billion and pay for it.Hes done so much every year according to financing he has arranged.Sounds like he keeps within his means and doesnt get crazy with our money like some CEOs do.
