Didn't Phil mention that there is one more corporate action that must be taken before the shorts are forced to cover? Certificate exchange does not automatically do the trick?

That's not entirely true the way I see it. When the criminals are overseen by other criminals things don't always follow the rule of law. The company can and may have to force the issue by pulling another ace out of the sleeve by pulling shares from the DTC. PC and CREW, am I on the right track with that answer, don't want to mislead anyone.

They have to cover by today. Tomorrow is the deadline, seeing how market is closed on Saturday, today is the last chance.

There is nothing to cover and this is gonna be down by the end of the day as the ASK keeps going lower. This would not be the case if there really were significant shorts or FTD's here which there aren't, so better hope the fins are as good as you think they are!!
