Your hypothetical comparison of 99% regular fuel with 1% P2O does not add up to what is up on the company web site. They suggest P2O will be the majority of the mix.

LOL, P2O profit is completely unaffected by selling additional non-P2O fuel.

If they make $20 million on P2O fuel and also sell some 3rd party fuel, the profits from the 3rd party fuel are in addition and above the P2O profits.
