While I don't expect this to happen, they could get out if they wanted to, IMO.
If they didn't like the company's prospects, they could go the NENE route. NENE hired a shameless pumper who tirelessly pumped their stock for at least 2 months. NENE traded less than 10K shares per day when the pump started. During the pump, the volume averaged about 500K, with a couple days over 2 million. NENE insiders dumped shares during this pump. This practice is not at all rare.
I sure hope we get that 'Chairman's Letter".
