GAAP format does not mean GAAP compliant.The filed format is enough to the CE removed!!OTC is not the SEC.Thats the issue now.Nothing more nor less.The CE will be removed in the next week or so.
Furthermore these wells are part of a larger field which could have great potential.No one,including majors can predict what wells will or will not payoff.Thats why this is a speculation.
If you don't like this situation,sell the shares you own or don't buy any!!
As for those like me who thinks this is a good speculation,good luck and tune out the negativeness.
