I've already answered this question in my previous posts from yesterday. There was a clear internal conflict between board members and I was not able to independently verify the content I was asked to post from either faction. As a result I could not continue to serve in good faith while not breaching my own agreement. I've posted my agreement and the section that applies to the conflict.

Once the court has ruled on the underlying issues and the company has taken corrective measures to resolve them, i may consider helping again. As it stands now, I have agreed to post content that has been unanimously approved by the board.
